Language points
1.kind of 有幾分…… 相當于一個副詞，后面多跟形容詞 。例如：
They’re kind of scary. 他們有點可怕。
The pandas are kind of cute. 熊貓有點可愛。

同義句轉(zhuǎn)換。
2. Tom is from Australia.

【點撥】be from…表示“來自……”，from后面常跟國家或城市等地點名詞。如：They are from New York.
【鏈接】come from也表示“ 來自……”，可與be from互換，但在變疑問句或否定句時要借助助動詞do/does。
3. 他(指“狗”)會用兩條腿走路。(他會立著行走)

【解析】
walk on…表示“用某種方式行走”。如：
walk on one’s hands 表示“用手倒立行走”
walk on one’s knees 表示“跪著走；跪著向前挪動”
4. Why don’t you like the cat?
你為什么不喜歡那只貓呢？
另外，Why don’t you + 動詞原形，還是一種提建議的句型。 意為“為什么 不……呢？” 例如：
Why don’t you take a walk?
你為什么不去散步呢？
Why don’t you drink some tea?
為什么不喝點茶呢？
“Why don’t you + 動詞原形”的同義句可以說：Let’s … 例如：
Let’s take a walk. 讓我們?nèi)ド⒉桨伞?/p>
Let’s drink some tea. 讓我們喝點茶吧。
