want sth. 想要某物
want sth.中的sth.一般是名詞，如apple, money等。

want to do sth. 想要做某事
其中的do是動詞原形，表達(dá)主語想要做的動作。
I want to drink some water. （我想要喝點(diǎn)水。）
I want to eat an apple. （我想要吃一個蘋果。）
I want to have two books. （我想要兩本書。）
What do you want?的用法
可以直接用“What do you want?”來詢問對方想要什么東西，也可以加動詞不定式來表示相應(yīng)的動作。
