知識(shí)點(diǎn)1
be far from 離……遠(yuǎn)
eg：My school is very far from here.
我的學(xué)校離這兒很遠(yuǎn)。
far作形容詞時(shí)，在句中可作表語和定語；
far作副詞時(shí)，在句中作狀語。
eg：He can jump far.他能跳得很遠(yuǎn)。
Tom comes from a far country.
湯姆來自一個(gè)遙遠(yuǎn)的國(guó)家。
考查how far詢問距離，問“從A地到B地的距離是多少？”的句型是“How far is it from A to B？”，回答是“It’s＋距離.”。
知識(shí)點(diǎn)2
so/ səʊ /作副詞，修飾形容詞。
eg：I’m so happy.我是如此開心。
so作連詞，連接兩個(gè)句子，表示因果關(guān)系。在同一個(gè)句子中，so不可與because（因?yàn)椋┩瑫r(shí)出現(xiàn)。
eg：I get up early so I can catch the bus.
我起得早，因此我能趕上公共汽車。

【點(diǎn)撥】本題采用詞義辨析法。so意為“所以”，表示因果關(guān)系，or表示一種否定條件，意為“否則”，but表轉(zhuǎn)折，意為“但是”，for作連詞時(shí)表因果關(guān)系，意為“因?yàn)?rdquo;。本
題“沒有公交車”和“你將不得不步行”是因果關(guān)系，“沒有公交車”是因，“你將不得不步行”是果，故選A。

like to do sth.意為“喜歡做某事”。
一般情況下，它和like doing sth.可互換使用，但兩者的側(cè)重點(diǎn)有所不同：like to do sth.強(qiáng)調(diào)具體的動(dòng)作；like doing sth.則強(qiáng)調(diào)興趣，愛好。
eg：I like to go to the zoo.我喜歡去動(dòng)物園。
