What’s the date？是詢問日期的常用交際用語。
回答可以用“It's…”，也可以用today來代替it。
eg：—What's the date today？今天是幾號(hào)？
—It's March 3.今天是三月三號(hào)。
表示日期常用序數(shù)詞，即說明某一天在月份中的順序。在英文中表示年、月、日有兩種表示方法。
(1)月、日、年
eg：2014年4月20日可以寫成April 20，2014。
(2)日、月、年
eg：2014年4月20日可以寫成20 April，2014。
