“When is sb’s birthday?”的用法
“When is sb‘s birthday?”意為“某人的生日是什么時(shí)候？”，是詢問生日的句型，其答語為“sb.s birthday is…/It’s…”。

when的用法
when在此處用作疑問副詞，意為“什么時(shí)候，何時(shí)”，用來對“時(shí)間”進(jìn)行提問，其同義短語是what time，位于句首。
