take a bus和by bus都表示“乘坐公共汽車”，
前者是動詞作謂語，后者是介詞短語作狀語。
eg：I take a bus to the supermarket.我乘坐公共汽車去超市。
Do you go to school by bus？你乘公共汽車上學(xué)嗎？
◆He is pointing to the right.他正指著右邊。
point to 與point at都指“指……”的含義，一般情況下可以互換，但二者側(cè)重點不同。point to 側(cè)重指的方向，意為“指向”；point at 側(cè)重指對象，意為“指著”，如果表述的內(nèi)容強調(diào)對象就用point at；如果強調(diào)方向，則用point to.但事物名詞作主語，用point to要常見些。
