一、過去進(jìn)行時
1. 定義
過去進(jìn)行時表示過去某一時刻正在進(jìn)行的動作或過去某一階段一直在進(jìn)行的動作。
eg：I was reading in the library at that time.
那時我正在圖書館看書。
2. 構(gòu)成
過去進(jìn)行時由“was/were＋現(xiàn)在分詞”構(gòu)成。
3. 句式變換
一般疑問句及回答: Was/Were＋主語＋v. ing形式＋其他？
肯定回答：Yes，主語＋was/were.
否定回答：No，主語＋wasn't/weren't.
eg：—Were you watching TV at home at 9 o'clock yesterday evening?昨天晚上9點你在家看電視嗎？
—Yes，I was. / No, I wasn't. 是，我是。/不，我不是。
否定句:
肯定句變否定句時在was/were 之后加not，was not�？s寫為wasn't，were not �？s寫為weren't。
eg：I was not/ wasn't reading in the library at that time.
我那時不在圖書館看書。
特殊疑問句：
疑問詞＋was/ were＋主語＋ v. ing形式＋其他？
例如：What were you doing at that time?
你那時在干什么？
二、when、while和as的用法
when/ as后的動作可以是短暫的也可以是延續(xù)的，while后只能是延續(xù)的。
