1 過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)的構(gòu)成
would + 動(dòng)詞原形
He told me that he would go to see a movie the next evening.他告訴我第二天晚上他要去看電影。
2 過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)的用法
（1）表示從過(guò)去某一時(shí)間看將要發(fā)生的動(dòng)作或存在的狀態(tài)。常用于主句是一般過(guò)去時(shí)的賓語(yǔ)從句中，表示從句的動(dòng)作發(fā)生在主句動(dòng)作之后。常與過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)連用的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)有 two days（weeks，months...）later，the following day，the next week（month，year...）等。
She said she would be there at seven o’clock，and he thought she would keep her word.
她說(shuō)她會(huì)在 7 點(diǎn)鐘到那兒，他認(rèn)為她會(huì)履行諾言。
（2）表示過(guò)去的某種習(xí)慣性行為。
She would lose the key. 她總會(huì)把鑰匙弄丟。
He would sit for hours doing nothing.他常常什么都不做，一坐就是幾個(gè)小時(shí)。
3 表示過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)的常用結(jié)構(gòu)
（1）was/were going to do 表示準(zhǔn)備、計(jì)劃做某事或?qū)⒁l(fā)生某事。
He said he was going to live in the countryside when he retired.他說(shuō)他退休后要住在農(nóng)村。
（2）was/were about to do 表示過(guò)去即將發(fā)生的事。
I felt something terrible was about to happen.我覺(jué)得有可怕的事情要發(fā)生了。
（3）was/were to do 表示過(guò)去的計(jì)劃安排或注定要發(fā)生的事情。
It is said that another bridge was to be built in our hometown.
據(jù)說(shuō)我們家鄉(xiāng)要再建一座橋。 ［詞匯復(fù)現(xiàn)］
（4）go，come，leave，take off 等動(dòng)詞（短語(yǔ)）可用過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)表示過(guò)去將要發(fā)生的事情。
