Language points
1. 基數詞的表達
1) one到twelve,拼寫和讀音無規(guī)律。
2) thirteen到nineteen, “十幾”, 在個位數后加后綴-teen, 注意thirteen, fifteen和eighteen。
3) twenty到ninety, “幾十”, 以ty結尾, 注意twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, eighty。
4) 21~29直到91~99, “幾十幾”, 用整十位數加個位表示, 中間用連字符“-” 把十位和個位連接起來。
5) one hundred “一百”, 也可說 a hundred, 可加具體數字, 如nine hundred (900)。此時, hundred要用單數。
2. 基數詞的用法
基數詞只能修飾可數名詞,要注意數詞和
名詞在數上要保持一致。如:
一名學生 one student
兩名男孩 two boys
二十個蘋果 twenty apples
三十三個雞蛋 thirty-three eggs
