Language points
1. I called at seven and you didn’t pick up.
pick up可以表示“拿起，撿起，(開車)接人，
(偶然)得到”等。

2. So while you were sleeping, I called Jenny and she helped me.
1) While 作連詞，有兩種含義：作“當(dāng)……時(shí)候” 解時(shí)，引導(dǎo)時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句，且從句中的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞常用延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞或狀態(tài)動(dòng)詞；作“而，然而”解時(shí)，表前后意義上的對(duì)比。
