形容詞、副詞的比較級和最高級規(guī)則變化和不規(guī)則變化
規(guī)則變化
1) 一般情況下，單音節(jié)或雙音節(jié)的形容詞/副詞比較級＋er， 最高級＋est。如:
long — longer — longest
short — shorter — shortest
2) 以不發(fā)音e結尾的詞，比較級＋r，最高級＋st 即可。 如：
nice — nicer — nicest
large — larger — largest
3) 以輔音字母＋y結尾的變y為i＋er或est 如: easy — easier — easiest
early, busy, heavy, dirty, lazy 也如此。
4) 重讀閉音節(jié)，單輔音結尾的，雙寫這個輔音字母＋er 或 est的詞：
fat — fatter — fattest
thin — thinner — thinnest
5) 多音節(jié)和部分雙音節(jié)的詞需要
more＋原級 構成比較級，the most ＋原級 構成最高級
beautiful — more beautiful — the most beautiful useful — more useful — the most useful
pleased — more pleased — the most pleased
用法：
用于兩者之間程度是否相同的比較。
1. 肯定形式用as+形容詞原級+as+比較成分，表示：和…一樣。
Mike is as tall as Tom.
麥克和湯姆一樣高。
2. 否定形式用not so (as)+形容詞原級+as+比較成分，表示：前者不及后者。
Mike is not so/as tall as Tom.
麥克不如湯姆高。(Tom高)
比較級（用于兩者之間的比較）
1. 二者相比較，說明“A比B更……一些”
A+動詞+比較級+than + B
than后面接代詞時，一般要用主格，但在口語中也可使用賓格。
I am older than you. 我比你老。
I run faster than you. 我跑得比你快。
2. 比較級形容詞可以用a little, much, even, still, far, very much, any, no, rather, a lot 修飾
Our city is much more beautiful than yours.
我們的城市比你們的漂亮得多。
This is even harder than stone.
這個東西甚至比石頭還硬。
