中國四大發(fā)明
四大發(fā)明是指中國古代對世界具有很大影響的四種發(fā)明。即造紙術(shù)、指南針、火藥、活字印刷術(shù)。
造紙技術(shù)的發(fā)明,是中華民族對世界文明的杰出貢獻之一。 它的發(fā)明地點是洛陽。
指南針是用以判別方位的一種簡單儀器。前身是司南。常用于航海、大地測量、旅行及軍事等方面。
用硝石、硫磺和木炭這三種物質(zhì)混和制成的,而當時人們都把這三種東西作為治病的藥物,所以取名“火藥” ,意思是“著火的藥”。
活字印刷術(shù)開始于隋朝的雕版印刷,經(jīng)宋仁宗時的畢升發(fā)展、完善，產(chǎn)生了活字印刷,并由蒙古人傳至了歐洲,所以后人稱畢升為印刷術(shù)的始祖。
