第一部分內(nèi)容：技法指導(dǎo)
建議信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告。有可能是寫(xiě)給個(gè)人，就收信人遇到的某個(gè)問(wèn)題提出自己的看法和觀點(diǎn)；也可能是寫(xiě)給某個(gè)組織或機(jī)構(gòu)，就改進(jìn)其服務(wù)等方面提出建議忠告。
提出建議時(shí)，多用祈使句，時(shí)態(tài)以一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)為主，人稱多用第二人稱。
[謀篇布局]
建議信的格式和普通信件一樣，通常包括以下幾個(gè)部分：信頭、稱呼、正文、結(jié)束語(yǔ)和簽名。因?yàn)楸緦?xiě)作任務(wù)開(kāi)頭和結(jié)尾已給出，所以我們只需要寫(xiě)出正文部分即可。
建議信的正文部分分為三部分：
第一部分：引出話題；
第二部分：提出建議；
第三部分：表達(dá)祝愿。
[增分佳句]
1．建議信開(kāi)頭常用句式：
①I know you are now having trouble communicating with others, and you may often feel lonely.
我知道你現(xiàn)在在與人交流方面有些麻煩，你也可能經(jīng)常感到孤獨(dú)。
②I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on...
很高興收到你就……征求建議的來(lái)信。
③Here are some tips/a few suggestions to help you.
這里有一些建議可以幫到你。
④I think you can make it if you follow the advice below.
如果你聽(tīng)從以下建議，我認(rèn)為你會(huì)做到的。
2．表達(dá)建議常用句式：
①First(ly), why not join a club? If you do this, you can make friends.
首先，為什么不參加一個(gè)俱樂(lè)部？如果你這樣做的話，就會(huì)交到朋友。
②Second(ly), you should/can try to talk with others. Then/That way， you will feel better.
其次，你應(yīng)該盡力與他人交談。這樣，你會(huì)感覺(jué)好點(diǎn)。
③Third(ly), it would be a good idea if you read a book or listen to music. By doing this, you will calm yourself down.
第三，看書(shū)或聽(tīng)音樂(lè)是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的主意。通過(guò)這樣做，你會(huì)使自己平靜下來(lái)。

第一步：明確要求
該寫(xiě)作屬于應(yīng)用文類的書(shū)信，故要用第一人稱來(lái)寫(xiě)；信的主要內(nèi)容是寫(xiě)建議，根據(jù)題意，首先明確書(shū)信雙方的身份，自己為報(bào)社編輯，對(duì)方是尋求建議的小冬，主題是關(guān)于交友中遇到的困難。需要給對(duì)方提出下一步的意見(jiàn)和建議，故用一般將來(lái)時(shí)，同時(shí)兼顧書(shū)信的特點(diǎn)，會(huì)用到表達(dá)愿望的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞。
第二步：確定段落
本篇作文可以從以下幾個(gè)方面入手：
Para. 1 首先要陳述自己的關(guān)心
Para. 2 指出問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因，并提出建議
Para. 3 表達(dá)自己的希望與祝福
