地球村
地球村，是說地球雖然很大，但是隨著廣播、電視、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和其它電子媒介的出現(xiàn)，大家交流就像在一個(gè)小村子里面一樣便利。
“地球村”(global village)一詞是加拿大傳播學(xué)家M.麥克盧漢1967年在他的《理解媒介：人的延伸》一書中首次提出。麥克盧漢對現(xiàn)代傳播媒介的分析深刻地改變了人們——特別是當(dāng)代青年人，對20世紀(jì)以及21世紀(jì)生活的觀念，他所預(yù)言的地球村在今天的社會(huì)已經(jīng)變成了現(xiàn)實(shí)。在麥克盧漢看來，“地球村”的主要含義不是指發(fā)達(dá)的傳媒使地球變小了，而是指人們的交往方式以及社會(huì)和文化形態(tài)發(fā)生了重大變化。
地球村是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展；是信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的集中體現(xiàn)；是知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的一種形式；而現(xiàn)代交通工具的飛速發(fā)展，通信技術(shù)的更新?lián)Q代，網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的全面運(yùn)用使地球村得以形成。

如何有效地進(jìn)行聽說訓(xùn)練
1．聽懂文章大意
在聽力過程中，不能只在意單詞，要在意句子本身的意思，有些地方聽不懂沒關(guān)系，要了解整篇文章在說什么。
2．積累語言知識
整理每次聽力材料中的新知識點(diǎn)、新單詞，通過語境去記憶。
3．訓(xùn)練聽說能力
聽說能力可以從聽寫、精聽、跟讀和復(fù)述四個(gè)方面來訓(xùn)練。
(1)聽寫：先總體聽一遍材料，了解大意；然后聽文章句子，寫下來，倒回去再聽；直到把它完全寫出來。
(2)精聽：將聽力材料一字一句地寫下來，精確到標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號。
(3)跟讀：先對照著文本，精聽至少三遍；然后嘗試以相同的節(jié)奏跟讀聽力材料，不斷地跟讀，理想情況下平均8遍之后可以跟上材料的語速。
(4)復(fù)述：整段復(fù)述(保證段落長度的復(fù)述時(shí)間不超過1分鐘)。
4．不要害怕犯錯(cuò)誤
學(xué)習(xí)英語口語是在不斷犯錯(cuò)誤的過程中練習(xí)、進(jìn)步的。因此練口語應(yīng)該積極主動(dòng)，克服害羞心理，利用一切機(jī)會(huì)講英語。
